Key Features

Compatibility Testing
Optical transceivers are tested with various switches to ensure broad compatibility and reliable performance under different network configurations. The extensive testing ensures integration and functionality in a variety of network environments.
Chip Functionality
The chip of an optical transceiver is the core component responsible for signal processing and data transmission. It converts electrical signals into optical signals for transmission over fiber optic cables and vice versa. High-performance chips ensure efficient data transfer, low latency, and reliability, which are essential for the overall functionality of optical transceivers in modern communication networks

Frequently asked questions
If you have placed the order as a guest or just placed an offline order, you can start a return through the “Product Return Request”.
A:If your return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), FiberWeek will cover all the shipping cost. Otherwise, the return shipping cost should be born by your own.
Usually, international orders may cause custom duties on import and export. If the items are returned from abroad, and the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the custom duties.
A:Usually you can save the shipping fees by printing shipping label we provide on “Return/Replace Review” page when the return/replace request is approved. If you don’t find that shipping label, don’t worry, we will refund you the shipping fees when we received the item(s).
A:Refund is usually processed on Tuesday and Friday after we received the returning items, and you will receive the money within 1 week, depending on the refund method that you use.
A:In most cases, we will refund you the returned items in the same way you paid for them. Also, You can contact your account manager to help you keep the money as “reserved amount” in FiberWeek and spend them for your future FiberWeek order.
